Cheniere and Engie agreed to amend the SPA signed in June 2021. According to new terms Engie will purchase approximately 0.9 MTPA of LNG from Corpus Christi Liquefaction on an FOB basis for 20 years, which began in September 2021. The purchase price for LNG under the SPA is indexed to the Henry Hub price, plus a fixed liquefaction fee.
