Cheniere and Glencore signed an LNG SPA for a purchase by Glencore of 0.8 MTPA from Cheniere Marketing on an FOB basis for 13 years beginning in April 2023 at a price indexed to the Henry Hub price, plus a fixed liquefaction fee. Cheniere reports that this contract is signed ahead of an FID of Corpus Christi Stage 3, which is expected in 2022.
