Delfin LNG and Vitol sign 15-year LNG SPA

Delfin and Vitol signed a 15-year LNG SPA for the supply of 0.5 MTPA of LNG from the Delfin Deepwater Port to Vitol on an FOB basis at a price indexed to Henry Hub. Delfin LNG, as a modular project requires 2-2.5 MTPA of long-term contracts to be signed to begin construction. The project is fully approved and is expected to take FID on the first FLNG vessel by the end of the year and start operations in 2026.
