Commonwealth LNG and Gunvor Singapore have signed an HOA which anticipates the negotiation and finalization of a definitive 15-year LNG SPA for 1.5 MTPA of LNG offtake. Commonwealth LNG is an 8.4 MTPA LNG export terminal project on the U.S. Gulf Coast near Cameron, Louisiana and it expects to take an FID on the project in later 2020.
