Höegh LNG charters FSRU to Naturgy

Norway’s Höegh LNG has entered into a time charter contract with Spain’s Naturgy for its ninth FSRU. Höegh LNG mentioned that the time charter would commence in December 2018, immediately after the delivery of the unit and a positioning voyage from South Korea’s Hyundai Heavy Industries, and have a term of 15 months. Under the contract, the FSRU will earn a fixed daily charter rate which is in line with the current medium-term market for DFDE LNG carriers, the statement said.
