Mundra terminal receives commissioning cargo

Mundra LNG import terminal has received a commissioning LNG cargo from Qatargas. The cargo was loaded in Ras Laffan on 17 January on the Q-Flex LNG vessel Murwab and it arrived at the terminal on 22 January. The terminal is located in Adani Ports and Special Economic zone in the Kutch district of the western Indian state of Gujarat. Its nominal capacity is 5 MTPA of LNG and it can receive vessels with a capacity between 75,000 m3 and 260,000 m3. The terminal comprises of two storage tanks – each with an overall capacity of 160,000 m3.
