August 21, 2019
The first LNG import terminal has been inaugurated this week at the Port of Akonikien in Equatorial Guinea. The facility has a storage capacity of 14,000 cubic meters in 12 bullet tanks, which allows LNG to be distributed on the mainland. A truck loading station is also being installed. The project has been carried out by Elite Construcciones and is part of the LNG2AFRICA initiative.
