First cargo at Manga LNG terminal (Finland)
The first cargo of LNG has arrived today at the Tornio LNG import terminal in Finland. LNG was shipped to the terminal by Coral Energy, a time-chartered LNGC operated by Skangas.
The Manga LNG import terminal in Röyttä Harbor, Tornio, is a joint venture of the industrial companies Outokumpu and SSAB Europe, the energy company EPV Energy and the LNG company Skangas. The terminal will serve the entire Bay of Bothnia region as well as industrial and mining operators, maritime transport and heavy-duty road transport in Northern Finland, Northern Sweden and Northern Norway. Maritime transport customers will include LNG-powered cargo ships and the new icebreaker Polaris. Once completed in summer 2018, the import terminal will be the largest LNG terminal in the Nordic countries and the second LNG terminal in Finland.
The project’s total investment is around €110 million.

First commercial cargo at Pengerang LNG terminal (Malaysia)
Petronas Gas (Petgas) has received today its first commercial LNG cargo at the newly-commissioned Pengerang LNG terminal in Johor.
The LNG cargo was delivered to the terminal, called RGTP, by MISC's LNGC Seri Begawan. Prior to this, RGTP terminal has received three commissioning cargoes on September 1 and 23 and on October 17.
The terminal will provide gas supply to the Pengerang Integrated Complex which includes refinery and petrochemical plants, as well as a cogeneration plant. The terminal will also supply the peninsular gas utilisation system, to increase the availability of gas in the country.
The terminal has a total capacity of 3.5 MTPA. It includes two 200,000cbm LNG storage tanks and a jetty which can accommodate Q-Max carriers.
The facility is operated by PLNG2 Sdn Bhd (PetGas 65%, Dialog LNG Sdn Bhd 25%, Permodalan Darul Takzim 10%).
The Pengerang terminal is PetGas' second regasification facility to start operation after its first facility in Melaka.

LNG trucks to be loaded at Klaipeda's new reloading station
LITGAS announced today that it will supply LNG to Polish company DUON. For the first time LNG will be supplied by trucks from Klaipėdos Nafta’s new onshore LNG reloading station to Poland.
LITGAS will supply DUON with several hundred cubic meters of LNG during October and November.

Edison and Venture Global sign long-term SPA
Edison and Venture Global have entered into a SPA, concerning the purchase by Edison of 1 MTPA from the Calcasieu Pass LNG export facility, currently being developed by Venture Global in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, USA.
Under this SPA, Edison will purchase the volumes on a FOB basis for a 20 year term starting from the commercial operation date of the Calcasieu Pass facility, currently expected in 2021.

RasGas and Petrobangla sign long-term LNG contract
RasGas signed today a 15-year SPA with Petrobangla (Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Corporation). Rasgas will supply up to 2.5 MTPA to Petrobangla for 15 years starting in 2018.
Volumes will be delivered to Petrobangla’s first FSRU (3.75 MTPA) being developed by Excelerate near Moheshkhali Island in the Bay of Bengal and scheduled to start operations before 2Q2018. A second FSRU (3.75 MTPA) is being developed by Summit at the same location with commissioning expected by 4Q2018.
