Arctic LNG 2 offtake volumes sold out

Arctic LNG 2 signed 20-year LNG SPAs with all the project’s participants for the total LNG production volumes. The offtake quantities will be allocated pro rata the respective participants’ ownership stakes in the project: Novatek 60%, TOTAL 10%, CNPC 10%, CNOOC 10% and Japan Arctic LNG (a consortium of Mitsui and JOGMEC) 10%. LNG will be supplied on FOB Murmansk and FOB Kamchatka basis. The project includes three liquefaction trains of 6.6 MTPA each. The first train is expected to start operations in 2023.
