New Fortress Energy and Apollo created a joint venture, establishing a platform, named Energos Infrastructure, which owns and operates 11 LNG vessels, including 6 FSRU, 3 FSU and 2 LNG carriers. The joint venture is owned approximately 80% by Apollo-managed funds and 20% by NFE.
