Santos has completed the sale of a 25% stake in Bayu-Undan and Darwin LNG to SK E&S. The resulting shareholding is as follows: Santos 43.4%, SK E&S 25%, INPEX 11.4%, ENI 11%, JERA 6.1% and Tokyo Gas 3.1%. SK E&S is also a partner in the Barossa project. Santos remains operator of the three assets.
