In addition to the offtake agreement for 2.6 MTPA from the first two trains of Saguaro Energia LNG export facility in Puerto Libertad, Sonora, Mexico, signed in 2022 between Mexico Pacific and Shell, the companies signed another 20-year LNG SPA for approximately 1.1 MTPA of LNG to be purchased on an FOB basis by Shell from the third train of the project.
