Titan and Rolande acquire Engie LNG Solutions

Titan LNG and its sister company Rolande announced the acquisition of ENGIE LNG Solutions as per March, 1st 2018. This entity covers the downstream LNG activities of ENGIE in the Netherlands and in Belgium. Rolande will add ENGIE’s 4 truck-fuelling stations to its network. The marine activities will be merged into the portfolio of Titan including projects and existing customer contracts. The acquisition does not include the LNG bunker vessel, Engie Zeebrugge (built 2016) which Engie operates with partners.
