Venture Global signs LNG SPA with Repsol

Venture Global announced on September 6 that it has signed a 20-year SPA with Repsol for the supply of 1 MTPA from the Venture Global Calcasieu Pass LNG export facility, currently under development in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, USA. Under this agreement, Repsol will purchase LNG on a FOB basis, starting from the commercial operation date of the Venture Global Calcasieu Pass LNG export facility, currently expected in 2022. In 2018, Venture Global already signed SPAs with BP, Galp, PGNiG and Shell for a combined supply of 6 MTPA.
