Venture Global LNG signed two 20-year LNG SPAs for a total of 4 MTPA to be supplied from its proposed Plaquemines LNG facility in Louisiana to China’s Sinopec: one for 2.8 MTPA and 1.2 MTPA. In addition, Sinopec’s subsidiary Unipec agreed to purchase 3.5 MTPA from Venture Global’s Calcasieu Pass LNG plant for a shorter duration.
