Vitol and Chinese city gas operator China Gas agreed to establish a JV Company based in Singapore with a 50% shareholding by each party. Starting from 2023 the joint venture will supply 0.8 MTPA of LNG to China Gas to be distributed to new customers in China. The quantities supplied will ramp up to 1 MTPA from 2025 and to 5 MTPA in 2028.
