BP Singapore and Beach Energy signed an LNG SPA for the supply of 3.75 MT from Waitsia Gas Project Stage 2 over 5 years on an FOB basis at a hybrid price indexed to both, Brent and JKM. The agreement is based on the HoA signed in 2021 and includes a downside price protection mechanism. LNG will be delivered from the North West Shelf plant starting in the second half of 2023.
