Bharat Gas Resources, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bharat Petroleum signed an LNG SPA with Mozambique LNG1, the jointly owned sales entity of the Mozambique Area 1 co-venturers.
The SPA is for 1 MTPA of LNG for a term of 15 years.
