Cheniere and ENN sign SPA for 0.9 MTPA

Cheniere and ENN signed an SPA for the purchase by ENN of approximately 0.9 MTPA of LNG from Cheniere Marketing on an FOB basis for approximately 13 years starting in July 2022. According to the SPA the purchase price for LNG Cheniere and ENN signed an SPA for the purchase by ENN of approximately 0.9 MTPA of LNG from Cheniere Marketing on an FOB basis for approximately 13 years starting in July 2022. According to the SPA the purchase price for LNG is indexed to the Henry Hub price, plus a fixed liquefaction fee.
