Cheniere and Sinochem Group (China) signed a 17.5-year LNG SPA for a purchase of initial volume of 0.9 MTPA starting in July 2022 which will increase to 1.8 MTPA. LNG will be purchased from Cheniere Marketing on an FOB basis at a price indexed to the Henry Hub price plus a fixed liquefaction fee.
