Cheniere Energy and OMV signed an LNG SPA for the supply of up to 0.85 MTPA, equivalent to approximately 12 cargoes per year, of LNG starting from late 2029, at a price linked to the TTF index. LNG will be received and re-gasified through the Gate LNG Terminal in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where OMV holds long term regasification capacities.
