Domenico Dispenza elected as President of GIIGNL

In september 2012, the appointment of Domenico Dispenza as the new President of GIIGNL was approved, succeeding Jean Vermeire, who held the position since 2006 but whose mandate had reached its statutory limit.
Domenico Dispenza is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Versalis, the petrochemical company of the ENI Group. He ended his executive career in the ENI Group in 2011 as Chief Operating Officer of the Gas and Power division. From 2007 to 2010 he was also President of Eurogas.
