Enagas announced that the El Musel (Gijón) LNG receiving terminal is scheduled to start operating as a logistics terminal in January 2023 and will be able to supply up to 8 bcma of LNG to Europe. The terminal has ministerial authorisation to start commissioning and is awaiting final approval of its remuneration model from the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC).
