Energy Transfer and China Gas sign 25-year SPA

Energy Transfer and China Gas, a premier natural gas distribution company in China, signed a 25-year SPA to supply 0.7 MTPA of LNG on an FOB basis to China Gas from Lake Charles LNG project starting in 2026 at a price indexed to the Henry Hub benchmark plus a fixed liquefaction charge. The agreement, which is the first long-term contract of China Gas, is subject to an FID on the Lake Charles liquefaction project.
