FSR publishes recommendations on methane emissions regulation

The Florence School of Regulation (FSR) has published a paper regarding the importance for gas network companies, including LNG operators to reduce methane emissions to strengthen the sustainability dimension of LNG. The paper suggests that the EU should put in place a regulation to limit methane emissions including a publicly available Observatory that would include the methane emissions reported.
