LNG Transfer and Gunvor sign 20-year SPA

Gunvor Singapore Pte Ltd and Energy Transfer LNG Export, LLC, a subsidiary of Energy Transfer LP have entered into a 20-year LNG SPA related to the Lake Charles LNG project.
Energy Transfer LNG will supply 2 MTPA to Gunvor on an FOB Basis. The purchase price is indexed to Henry Hub plus a fixed liquefaction charge and first deliveries are expected to start as early as 2026.
