Mexico Pacific and ExxonMobil signed two 20-year SPAs

Mexico Pacific signed two LNG SPA with ExxonMobil for the supply of a combined 2 MTPA of LNG over a 20-year term on an FOB basis. The offtake will take place from the first two trains of the three-train 14.1 MTPA planned LNG export project in Puerto Libertad (Mexico), Saguaro Energia LNG, which is under development by Mexico Pacific. In addition, ExxonMobil has an option for 1 MTPA from the third train.
