Oman LNG signed a 10-year term-sheet agreement to supply 0.8 MTPA of LNG to Shell. Deliveries will start from 2025. Shell is a shareholder of Oman LNG with a 30% share. The remaining shareholders are the government of Oman (51%), TotalEnergies (5.5%), Korea LNG (5%), Mitsubishi (2.8%), Mitsui (2.8%), PTTEP (2%) and Itochu (0.9%).
