Tellurian and Gunvor have signed a 10-year SPA for 3 MTPA of LNG. The contract price is indexed to a combination of the JKM and TTF indices, netted back for transportation charges. The LNG will be delivered on FOB basis from Tellurian’s Driftwood LNG, a 27.6 MTPA liquefaction project proposed near Lake Charles, Louisiana in the United States.
