Toho Gas signs HOA to buy LNG from LNG Canada

Toho Gas Co. has entered into a HOA for a purchase of LNG from LNG Canada Project with Diamond Gas International (DGI), a 100% subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation. The Shell-operated LNG Canada project in which DGI holds a 15% interest, is expected to produce 14 MTPA of LNG. Toho Gas will purchase up to 4 cargoes or 0.3 MTPA of LNG delivered on Ex-Ship basis for a period of 15 years starting in 2024/2025.
