Woodside and Uniper signed a flexible 16-year SPA for the supply of up to 12 cargoes per year (~0.8 MTPA) LNG from Woodside’s global portfolio into Europe, including Germany starting in January 2023. Supply from September 2031 is conditional upon Uniper finalising its long-term strategic capacity bookings in Northwest Europe, expected by March 2023.
